What this site collects
This is a static website. It has no accounts, no comments and no contact forms. We do not run analytics, advertising or tracking scripts, and we do not set cookies.
Hosting (Cloudflare)
The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type and request logs to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. See Cloudflare’s Privacy Policy.
Newsletter (Beehiiv)
Our newsletter runs on Beehiiv (thetareceipts.beehiiv.com). When you sign up, the email form on this site sends you to Beehiiv, and Beehiiv collects and stores your email address. You may be asked to confirm your subscription, and you can unsubscribe anytime using the link in every email. Beehiiv may track email opens and clicks. See Beehiiv’s Privacy Policy.
Calculator
The P&L Reality Check calculator runs entirely in your browser. The numbers you enter are not sent to us or anyone else and are not stored.
Social media
We post as @thetareceipts on X and Instagram. Your use of those platforms, including anything you share with us there, is governed by their own privacy policies.
How we use information
We use newsletter emails only to send the newsletter and reply to you. We do not sell or rent personal data, and we do not share it for targeted advertising.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example California under the CCPA, or the EU/UK under the GDPR), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or get a copy of your personal data, and to object to certain uses. Email [email protected] and we will respond within a reasonable time. We will not treat you differently for using these rights.
Children
This site is not meant for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you think a minor has given us data, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy. The effective date below will change when we do, and important changes will be noted on this page.
